I just wanted to write you a quick note saying thanks for the awesome deer hunt. You have a very beautiful ranch with many different types of terrain. It ranged from rolling hills with oak trees, heavily forested areas and brushy areas. All great habitat for deer and hogs.
Hunting with you was a charm. First day of hunting we saw ten legal bucks and a couple dozen hogs. In fact, we got out of the truck at first light and saw a beautiful 3x3 buck. The second day
of hunting we saw eight legal bucks by 7:15 am along with several dozen hogs.
So in a nutshell, there was a plenty of game to choose from.
I am looking forward to seeing you next deer season and would not mind coming up in the near future for a hog hunt.
Again, thanks for taking a chance on me and allowing me to come visit your beautiful ranch to harvest a very respectable buck.

and he did a good job at processing game. The land had a very good mix of different habitats.
I saw 7-10 deer the first hour of the first day and took a nice buck. Some highlights were taking my first blacktail and having my hunt on video. I appreciate it.

The quality of the hunt was good. Tim really made me work for the pig but it was worth it in the end. The land was absolutely pristine! A little rugged but great hunting grounds. Tim was very professional and knew a lot about the game, game signs and knew what to listen for. We saw about 8 pigs and lots of deer the first day. Some highlights were my kill shot towards noon time with the New York Times reporter and photographer there. It was a good experience. We had a great time. Seeing the ranch at sunrise was beautiful and all the game was great. The ranch had perfect terrain for wildlife and was fairly easy to walk around and spot game. My husband and I would definitely like to use their services again.

Everything was great. I saw a lot of game. Probably around 20 hogs, 30-40 deer and some turkeys. Tim's field care of my pig was great and he had a tough job considering I shot it just before dark. A highlight of this hunt was to see game on a beautiful ranch and spend time with a great American Tim Lockwood.
It was a great hunting experience and I was on a beautiful ranch and saw a lot of game. The stalks were challenging, exciting and expertly done by Tim. The bear hunt that you took me on was awesome. I was very impressed with the quality of your dogs. They were in shape and ready for work. The dogs seeing other animals such as deer and not even paying any attention to them was neat.
You have some very nice bear dogs and now I know what a good bear dog is seeing how yours handle a mean bear. Baying that big bear in the creek was a blast. The quality of the hunt and the land was excellent. I thought that Tim did a very good job. He knew where the game was and he put me in those areas. This was an excellent, fair chase, spot and stalk pig hunt. It was excellent terrain for the novice and the experienced hunters. Great for deer and pigs. Lots of cover and water on the ranch. Tim was excellent to hunt with. He is very knowledgeable and fun to be around. He was very willing to help us get our pigs. We saw a couple dozen blacktails and a lot of pig activity and lets not forget our two trophy boars that we took. It was great. My friend and I took two trophy 220 pound plus boars in one day. Tim was great with the preparation of the game after the kill. I was impressed with how quick and clean he field dressed our pigs. It was very exciting shooting my big boar at such a close range. I am a fairly new hunter but I know enough for what to look for and this outfit did not dissapoint me in any way. They have fair pricing, knowledgeable guides, lots of game and a beautiful ranch. I will be seeing you often.

I thought the hunt was well above average. Considering that I was on my first guided hunt it was hard to compare. The land was outstanding, beautiful and well managed. Tim knows the land well which made hunting easy to find game.
We saw eleven legal bucks the first morning of my first day and an average of 20-30 deer each day. The bucks were well above average with great mass. Tim has an outstanding quality in knowing where to be at certain times of the day to spot game. The equipment was in great shape and up to date with new products.
Tim's field care of my deer was great. I have been hunting since the age of five, probably have field dressed over 30 deer and I was very excited to learn different ways to not only speed up the process but ways that seemed easier. Of course a highlight of my hunt was taking a beautiful buck but I think another highlight is knowing that I will return.
Overall I had a great time, the land was wonderful, game was easy to locate when out walking and the number of bucks seen daily was 5-10 and one 4x4 trophy buck with great mass that I'll be back to get. Tim was fun to be around and I would enjoy any type of hunting with him as my guide.

What an excellent 2007 deer hunt. Tim is a very good guide and he did not push me beyond my limits but rather worked with me. Tim knows the land, the game well and he has outstanding eyes for game. I enjoyed the whole experience, seeing the bucks, that huge boar and all the other game. What a nice buck I took but I hated to see my hunt end. I'll see you again next year.

I very much enjoyed the hunt. What can I say! I shot my first boar, in the first hour, of the first day of my first hunting trip. My sons and I plan to hunt with you at least once a year. The land was a challenge for me.
However, it was a good part of the hunt. Even after I shot my pig. I enjoyed hunting with my sons. Its very beautiful country that you have. Tim was an excellent guide. Right off the get-go he told me what he expected of me and how the hunt would be conducted. That was a real pluss for me. Before he could get around to what I expect of him, I shot boar. Now thats efficiency. I was very happy with all of the equipment.
We saw many pigs during our hunt and we shot three boars for three hunters. The pigs were very healthy and I'm looking forward to getting my meat back from the butcher. Tim did a fantastic job preparing our pigs for the trip to the butchers shop. My butcher even commented of how clean they were.
The cabin was very comfortable and a nice place to take a mid-day break. Saturday night I was asleep before my sleeping bag had a chance to get warm. A highlight for me was getting my first boar before my two experienced sons. This was my first real hunting trip. It was wonderful. To bay a boar as quick as your dogs did was wonderful. The whole experience has made me, formally a non-hunter, look forward to the hunt my sons and I plan to book with you next year.
The property we hunted on was so nice that I enjoyed hiking through the hills with you and my sons while they hunted for their pigs. We completely enjoyed ourselves. The weekend was perfect.
